An 18-horsepower Honda GX-610 electric-start gasoline engine powers the roller. Standard features include an oversized 60-gallon water tank, adjustable front and rear heavy-duty drum scrapers, and tapered drum edges for reduced asphalt tracks. Front drum vibration with static rear drum provides a smooth even surface, while the rear drum can be filled with water for additional ballast.

This roller can be used for granular sub-base soil compaction in preparation of asphalt paving but it is not considered to be a roller for major soil compaction only. Lifts for soil is estimated to be approximately 4-6" depth; asphalt lifts of 1-2 depth." The R-2000H is a smaller class roller than the Multiquip AR-13HA and the smallest ride-on roller we offer.
