The 18,000-pound producing MVH-702 can be operated by infrared remote control. For safety, the compactor’s joystick operates as a "dead man" control system, moving to a neutral position when released. The MVH-702’s optional 6-inch extension plates increase the plate working width to 31.5 inches. A 15.5-horsepower Farymann 43F gasoline engine powers the MVH-702 while the compactor’s fully enclosed frame protects components from damage caused by dirt and rocks.
