The MVC-82V series plate compactor delivers 3,080 lbs of centrifugal force. Recognized as the industry standard for compacting granular soils and asphalt. The 17.7" x 22.4" plate is powered by a reliable 5.5 horsepower Honda or Robin engine. The fold down handle is low in vibration reducing operator fatigue. Other features include including a protective engine guard, sealed belt cover to keep rock and dirt out of the belt, a convenient oil drain, self-cleaning plate design and four lifting handles for easy elevation from each side.Available with a water kit for asphalt applications available.
