The EM-70P-E is a 1.5-horsepower 110/230V electric-motor-driven plaster/mortar mixer that mixes 7-cubic feet (193 liters) of material. It features an EasyClean polyethylene drum, high-strength cast-iron paddle arms with rubber blades, durable paddle shaft, and convenient up-front engagement controls. In contrast to steel drum mixers, this poly drum unit can be cleaned in a matter of minutes by simply tapping the drum with a rubber mallet.
If a load of material is allowed to dry in a steel drum mixer, removing the material may take several hours -- and more often than not, drums can be dented or damaged in the process. Our tough polyethylene drums can be cleaned in minutes. A simple tap with a rubber mallet does the job -- without dents, rust, or cracks.
