Square Head Internal Vibrator systems by
MBW. The MBW square head design features a case-hardened steel
housing which contains an eccentric motor, heavy duty bearings and
double neoprene seals to retain oil within the head. These seals also
prevent flex shaft grease from penetrating the head cavity. Studies prove flat vibrating surfaces are more efficient
conductors of energy pulses within concrete to provide faster, more
effective consolodiation.
Double insulated 12 or 15 amp electric
motors. Flex shaft lengths ranging from 2 to 20 foot make the unit
user friendly. Various size square heads available to meet job
